Exchange & return conditions

The customer has fourteen days (14 days) from the date of receipt to inform Philippe Gaber of his intention to exchange a product. Beyond this deadline, Philippe Gaber will no longer consider the request.

All personalized products, embroidered initials, with a contrary mention such as the so-called "tailor-made" customization by Philippe Gaber are neither exchangeable nor refundable because of their customization.

Products manufactured to order with a manufacturing time, so-called tailor-made and personalized, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code. Art. L. 121-21-8. - 3° The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized; Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot therefore be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. As amended by Ordinance No. 2001-741 of 23 August 2001 stipulates that the withdrawal period is fourteen days (14 days), and withdrawal is in particular excluded (Article 121-20.2 3rd paragraph) for contracts for supplies of goods clearly customized or made according to the Customer's specifications, in particular for tailor-made and non-standard tailor-made items.

EXCHANGE REQUEST:

The customer may exchange for the same product in another size Or exchange for another product of his choice, or request a credit equivalent to all the amounts paid including delivery costs except for the free delivery costs and additional costs due under your option for an express delivery method or other than the standard delivery we offer.


It is essential that the customer make a return request by email from his customer area in order to obtain a return authorization number as well as for exchanges.

The exchange will only take place once. The customer has the following means: by email: atelier@Philippegaber.fr - by phone: 0156980521. From its customer area or simply via the contact form. However, the customer will have to express his new choice regarding the size, the desired new product or the request for credit or refund.

2 - CONFIRMATION :

Philippe Gaber will acknowledge receipt and will immediately send the customer an acknowledgement of receipt of the exchange request on a durable medium in this case by E-mail.

Philippe Gaber will, however, ensure that the right is applicable to the product ordered by the customer and if it is not a tailor-made product.

Meanwhile, Philippe Gaber will manufacture the new product requested in exchange by the customer. It will only be shipped after receipt of the product returned by the customer.

If the customer adds a customization such as: embroidered initials, a measurement according to the customer's measurements, a precise length or any other request distorting the product and becoming according to the customer's precise request, the product will no longer be able to do.

 3 - PRODUCT RETURN :

The customer must return or return his order to Philippe Gaber without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of the communication of his decision to make an exchange. The deadline is met if you send the products before the expiry of the 14-day period. The return costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent in due postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipment of products to Philippe Gaber.

 4 - VERIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL OF RETURN:

To be accepted by Philippe Gaber: all items and packaging must be returned in their original condition as received by the customer. Only items returned in their original packaging (box, pouches, boxes, gift boxes, tissue paper card ribbons...) will be accepted. The customer must return the order in which he received it and without having removed a single item. Will be refused by Philippe Gaber: All items having been worn and/or washed and/or ironed, the boxes damaged, all products not having remained in the conditions of origin as Philippe Gaber gave to the customer. Any product returned with a missing item. Any damage committed by the customer voluntarily or unintentionally to the product and packaging

Any damaged item that has not been the subject of remarks or reservations expressed by the customer upon delivery or that is not returned under conditions as Philippe Gaber has shipped it, will be refused. Philippe Gaber thus reserves the right to accept or refuse the returned item according to its qualitative condition. Philippe Gaber will be able to make a discount on the product and its value if it is damaged.

5 - RETURNS OF THE NEW PRODUCT:

Once the exchanged product has been received by Philippe Gaber, Philippe Gaber will manufacture the new product requested in exchange by the customer. It will only be shipped after receipt of the product returned by the customer. This will only be shipped and will manufacture the new product at Philippe Gaber's expense after receipt of the returned product by the customer.

If the customer wishes, Philippe Gaber may make a credit for the purchase of another product on Philippe Gaber's website equivalent to all the sums paid including delivery costs except for the free delivery costs and additional costs due under your option for an express delivery method or other than the standard delivery we offer, without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision

The validity period of the credit will be unlimited and will be in the form of a code given to the customer. The code will be used by the customer when he places a new order on Philippe Gaber's website (code to be entered in the code area below the order summary).Le calcul sera immédiat et la réduction équivalente a la somme versée par le client pour sa présente commande échangée version avoir. If the customer makes a purchase less than the amount of the credit note available to him, Philippe Gaber may offer him to make him another credit note or to refund him the rest of the credit note in accordance with the terms of Article 10.6 refund of these general conditions of sale.
The customer may at any time contact Philippe Gaber for further information or special requests from the customer.

Comment :

THE EXCHANGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE ONCE. AN EXCHANGED ITEM WILL NO LONGER BE EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDED. PHILIPPE GABER THEREFORE INVITES THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE TO ASK HIMSELF AND CHECK HIS REQUEST WITH PHILIPPE GABER.
