Prenez le tour de votre poitrine complet devant et dos (ou juste le devant puis multipliez par 2) puis ajoutez 2 à 4cm d’aisance pour obtenir votre tour de poitrine idéal et ne pas être trop serré.

Si vous prenez trop proche de votre tour de poitrine, cela risque d’être très ajusté voir problématique après le premier lavage. Le taux de rétrécissement est de 5%>
Pour les sweat-shirt coupe femme, les manches sont plus courtes de 4cm et la longueur dos peut-être raccourcie également de 2 à 4 cm sur simple demande.
